One of the oldest Japanese seasonings, Sanchi Organic Tamari is made from organic soy beans and fermented in cedar casks for 2 years. A gluten free soy sauce it is perfect for coeliacs and those with a wheat intolerance. 

Sanchi 有機無麩質醬油(Tamari) 用有機黃豆在雪松木桶內發酵兩年。不含任何防腐添加或糖漿，天然純釀。有醬油的鮮及豆香，鹹味之外帶少少甘甜，煮菜、伴麵及沾醬都是不二之選。
