It is slightly softer than Super Firm tofu yet still retains its shape. The texture of this Tofu soaks up the flavour of sauces and soups, making it the perfect addition to a warming bowl of oriental miso broth or the base to a silky tofu-scramble.

£2.50True authentic soft textured Tofu called “Kinughosi Tofu” in Japan. Gently coagulated, hand cut and packed in containers filled with fresh water to keep it moist and protected. Absolutely perfect for Miso soup and smoothies.
