It is produced in Fangxian County of Hubei which is known by experts as the “prime line” for edible fungi production. The rainy and humid climate and abundant birch oak resources provide unique conditions for the growth of fungi. Fang County has been the core production area of branch-grown snow fungus since ancient times. The history is going back to a thousand years ago. No pesticides, chemical fertilizers or hormones are used during the planting process, and they are dried with firewood.
房縣段木銀耳(雪耳)產自房縣三岔村生態種植合作社,為段木栽培,生態種植,呈米黃色,聞起來有一股天然木質清亮。
段木銀耳泡發率高,泡發後比它原來的體積至少大三、四倍。 呈雪白色澤,晶瑩通透。 因生長周期長,緻密度更高,更能耐煮。
*表面有塗層黑色點,是段木段過程中的木屑,浸泡時會浮上水面。

The black beans are sun-baked inside the vat for 180 days. Over changing conditions in day and night, the koji’s fermentation can drive the essence and nutrients inside each black bean, thus we receive the intense and pure black bean juice.
This black bean sauce is suitable to use in place of oyster sauce; it can be used in stewing, dipping, or as vegetable sauce, noodles sauce; it can also be a thickening agent.
Produced under natural fermentation , precipitation is normal.

Serving Method:
- After marinating the flowers in water, stir fry with other ingredients or making soup
- Drink it as caffeine-free herbal tea. You can add it with honey, goji berries or red dates.
