£1.99Suma organic white fusilli pasta is produced using an extrusion process that leaves a porous and rough surface, great to hold condiments such as a classic tomato sauce. Then it’s dried slowly to preserve the nutrients and bring out the taste and aromas of the wheat. Delicious!
It is produced in Italy and using a slow drying process that uses 100% renewable energy. The farmers grow ancient grains, which makes them specialists and experts in all kinds of wheat, including durum wheat. The pasta is made using traditional methods by a co-operative bringing together over 300 member farms.

The milling of wheat & pasta production takes place on the same line, a unique process. Drying takes place on the traditional way on low temperature between 50 and 65 degrees. This in order to preserve aroma and nutrients.
